All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone!
Additionally, we offer free shipping on all domestic orders over $75! Please keep in mind that shipping is calculated after your subtotal (which includes the total after coupon codes are applied, and sale items are reduced) and does not include tax!
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated at checkout.
SHIPPING CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours!
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
Currently, we ship international orders to Canada!
Standard International orders are usually delivered within 3-21 business days. We ship all orders as quickly as possible, but please note that this time frame is only an estimate!
We do not collect any import taxes or custom fees. The customer is responsible for any international customs, taxes, and/or duties incurred. Please note that the receiving country makes the decision to charge customs and taxes. Lily Belle Boutique does not pay these fees on the customer's behalf!
At Lily Belle Boutique, we understand that ordering things online can be tricky, since you haven't had a chance to try anything on! Please follow the guidelines below and do not hesitate to CONTACT US if you have any questions.
For a full refund, items can be returned within 14 days from the date that you receive it. Any items returned after 14 days from the date that you receive it can be returned for store credit.
Anything purchased at a discounted price is a FINAL SALE and is not eligible for return.
Returned items must remain unwashed and unworn.
Lily Belle Boutique is NOT responsible for any stains, rips, or damage after the style has been worn.
Please include your original receipt and the return form.
Shipping is non-refundable, unless it was a mistake on our end.
Once the return is received by our warehouse, please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return.
Since Lily Belle only has a limited number of items in stock, exchanging cannot always be guaranteed. However, please CONTACT US and we can provide you with all options available, such as a return or store credit.
CHANGING/CANCELLING AN ORDER
At Lily Belle Boutique, we understand that hey, things happen! And that you may need to change or cancel your order. Please CONTACT US immediately to make any changes or cancel your order. We pack and ship orders quickly, and will be unable to make changes to your order once it's in the mail!
